How To Block A Customer

  • Find the customer record you wish to block.  Refer to How To Find A Customer Record. 
  • Click on the [Edit] to go to the profile page.
  • Set the Status to [Block] and click [Save]

*IMPORTANT NOTE* A blocked customer will not able to login to your system. Hence they will not be able to check the order history or login to place order.
